Stainless steel canister with a sealed tank and manual vacuum pump, designed to keep coffee beans, tea and other dry kitchen goods fresher for longer. Portable and durable, it comes with a silicone seal to maintain the vacuum.

Available in 400ml, 800ml and 1200ml sizes in black, it’s handy for countertop storage or packing away in a cupboard.

Care & maintenance

When freshly roasted coffee degasses it can push the pump upward during the first 7–10 days; simply press the pump down again as needed until degassing slows. If storing other degassing foods, you may also need to re-pump occasionally.

Do not wash the lid with water — the pump contains small air channels that can clog. Wipe the lid with a damp cloth, ensure it is fully dry before reuse, and avoid submerging the canister or using a dishwasher.

Practical tips & notes

Keep the canister in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and check the rim and seal are free of debris before closing. Colours and dimensions may vary slightly from images; we recommend referring to the physical product on receipt for the most accurate representation.
